Irakli Kashibadze has 20 Years of experience in ICT and Innovation. During 7 years of active work in the state structures, in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and later, in Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency, Irakli Kashibadze has implemented the following reforms: Creation of the State Innovation and Technology Agency, Creation of the First Technoparks (6 Technology Parks), Fablabs (21 Fablab) and University Innovation Labs (3), State program “Startup Georgia”.

Irakli Kashibadze has experience of working with the Government of Moldova, Government of Kyrgyzstan, Government of Uzbekistan, USAID, UN, ITU, WIPO, University of Georgia, TBC Bank, European schools, and others.
